Mazrui International and its energy arm Mazrui Energy Services was one of eight leading UAE investors to sign an investment agreement with Abu Dhabi Chemicals Derivatives Company RSC Ltd (TA’ZIZ), a joint venture between Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) and ADQ, to invest in an up to 20% stake in a portfolio of chemicals projects worth AED 15 billion ($4 billion) within the TA’ZIZ Industrial Chemicals Zone in Ruwais, Abu Dhabi.

Earth Day is being celebrated every 22nd of April annually. The day was born out of a massive oil spill in California and carried forward today by the Earth Day Network. Earth day was created to help bring awareness and support for environmental protection around the world.
Mazrui Energy Services has launched the ‘’5 minutes for BIG IMPACT’’ Earth Day campaign. Its business units were encouraged to participate by taking 5-10 minutes of their time to pitch in and help protect Mother Earth.

Mazrui International has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Bazan Group, which is the largest refining and petrochemicals conglomerate in Israel.
The MoU establishes a joint venture company between Bazan and Mazrui, enabling the latter to provide the Israeli market with vital polymers, such as high-density polyethylene (HDPE) and linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE), neither of which are produced in Israel.
Mazrui and Bazan are in the vanguard of businesses in the UAE and Israel that have been taking advantage of the historic Abraham Accords, which has allowed previously unreachable markets now to open for business.
As a local Emirati owned company, Mazrui International fully supports the UAE government’s aim to create a “peace-belt” between Israel and the UAE, and looks forward to a long and successful relationship with Bazan Group.

A consortium of Eni’s chemicals company Versalis, Mazrui Energy Services drilling fluids subsidiary Petrochem, and Mazrui Energy Services have agreed to establish a joint venture in the Middle East. Read more
MAZRUI ENERGY SERVICES, a Mazrui International Company, and two of its operational business units: Sigma Engineering Works (SEW) and Petrochem Performance Chemicals [PPC], celebrated the signing of two JVs at this year’s ADIPEC trade show; SEW with RAMCO Tubular Services, and PPC with the Eni chemical company, Versalis, which specialises in the production of oilfield speciality chemicals and is a wholly owned subsidiary of Eni, the Italian multi-national oil and gas company.
